Shipping Policy

1. Shipping

All products available in our store are high-quality imported products (they have all the internal and external seals and authentications of the brands) and are shipped directly from our suppliers abroad (mostly from Sweden, Hong Kong, Thailand, or China) to the address provided at the time of purchase.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery takes between 15 to 40 business days (on average after the product is posted), depending on the location and the time of year. The product is shipped on average between 2 to 8 business days after payment confirmation in our system.

Orders placed via bank slip usually take 1 to 2 business days for payment confirmation in our system.

Note: In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few business days due to delays, strikes, holidays, peak demand periods at the Post Office, and other situations beyond our control.

3. Full Guarantee

Our store guarantees the delivery of the order; we are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products that are lost or go missing during the delivery process. All products are posted with insurance against loss and with free online tracking.

If the order is delayed and not delivered within 70 business days after posting, the amount paid will be refunded 100%. The customer will not incur any losses.

Note: For larger quantity purchases, you may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. Therefore, if you receive one product first and another later, rest assured that this is completely normal.

4. Tracking and Delivery

We guarantee a tracking code for the customer to monitor the progress of their order delivery through three options: via email (we will notify the entire process, from shipment to delivery); via the Post Office website or app!

The products will be delivered by the Post Office, and there will always be a tracking code that allows the customer to monitor the delivery progress. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available (on average between 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation).

Note: The tracking code may take 5 to 10 days to start showing shipping information on the Post Office website.

5. Important Information and Necessary Precautions

5.1. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Our store will ship products to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to avoid any issues with the delivery of your order, we ask that you pay attention when filling out the address where you want to receive your order.

We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete filling of the destination address for orders placed in the store. If there is an incorrect or incomplete address, according to the Post Office's policy, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

If delivery is not completed due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer will not be entitled to a refund, and a new shipping fee of R$ 60.00 (sixty reais) will be required for reshipping the order. It is necessary to wait for the package to arrive at the sender's location before reshipping can occur. This time depends on the Post Office and Customs.

Note: If your order is specifically for Manaus/AM, the product will be sent to the store's address, and once it arrives, the delivery people will deliver it to your home.

5.2. Recipient Not Available

Make sure someone will be at the address to receive your products. The Post Office makes three delivery attempts for the products. If no one is available at the address to receive the order during any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest Post Office to the address, and in this case, the recipient will need to pick it up at the Post Office. If the recipient does not pick up the package within the established timeframe, according to the Post Office's policy, the package will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee of seventy reais will be required for reshipping the product. It is necessary to wait for the package to arrive at the sender's location before reshipping can occur, and this time depends on the Post Office and Customs.

5.3. Taxed and Charged Products

Our products are exempt from customs duties. However, if this occurs, the cost will be fully covered by us.
