Exchange Policy — Lux Sport

If you are not satisfied with the product or regret your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receipt at your address.

Conditions for making an exchange:

If you want to make an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition, without any signs of use, in the same condition you received it. Additionally, the item must be in its original packaging.

  1. We will not process exchanges if the product is missing its tag. Do not remove it, as it is your guarantee.
  2. We will only allow exchanges within 7 days from the date of receipt, as per Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.
  3. Personalized shirts can only be exchanged or refunded if they have a manufacturing defect.

How to request an exchange:

Send an email to [email protected] with your full name, order number, and reason for the exchange. We will contact you with all the necessary instructions.

If you regret your purchase, you may return your order within 7 days from the date of receipt at your address.

How to request a return due to regret:

Send an email to [email protected] with your full name and order number. You will receive a refund within 30 days of the date we receive the returned products. The refund will be made using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive the refund.

Products with manufacturing defects:

In accordance with Brazilian law, in the case of items with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a return within 30 days of the date of receipt at your address.

How to request a return for defective products:

Send an email to [email protected] with your full name, order number, and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos). We will review your case within 30 days of receiving the returned products. The refund will be made using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive the refund.

How to return the products:

As established by consumer law, return shipping costs for products due to regret or manufacturing defects will be covered by our store through the reverse logistics process.

You will receive a shipping authorization code by email after your exchange or return request, and you must post the merchandise at a post office. We do not cover packaging costs, so we suggest using the same packaging in which you received your purchase (if it is not damaged) or another suitable box to protect the items during shipping.
